Upon arrival, I noticed the coffee and sugar didn't get refilled, and the cups looked like they’d only been wiped rather than cleaned. Water pressure was inconsistent, and the shower was particularly disappointing as it shot out cold water if the cold tap was opened. the restaurant had limited menu options on the evening I visited, which made it feel less welcoming for a group looking to dine together.

The Queen Plus One room was comfy and spacious, which was a huge plus. Clean sheets and modern fitouts felt nice. But the bathroom was kinda dated, and it would’ve been better if the heating was on because it was freezing when we arrived. Not great for families with kids because there weren't enough beds. a cozy spot just needs a bit more warmth!

Plus, I did appreciate the lovely garden view from my room, adding a peaceful vibe to my stay.
